I'm a coach and personal trainer based in Richmondshire, North Yorkshire with a passion for helping athletes maximise their potential - whether you're recovering from injury, improving athletic performance or learning new lifts, I can help!

I've worked with everyone from elite race riders and rugby players on international development pathways to new mums getting back into surfing.

With qualifications in strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, and HYROX, I combine expertise with a flexible and personalised approach to deliver exceptional results.

I can also support you with nutrition and habit coaching as well as sports massage - creating a wraparound service that includes recovery and gameday preparation.

What types of personal training do you offer?

I offer in-person, online and small group sessions

Do you offer customised workout plans?

Yes - all plans are built around you!

Do you work with beginners or people with injuries?

Yep, I work with beginners and it will depend on the type and severity of injury.

What equipment do I need for virtual sessions?

I'll build the plan around what you have and we can discuss what equipment to purchase if you ahve some spare cash.

How long are the training sessions?

However long you want them to be - we operate a simple payment model where you pay by the hour.

Prices and packages

What are your rates?

If you want to pay per session, I'm £35 an hour, if you want to block book 5 or more sessions - I'm £30. 

Do you offer packages?

Yeah - blocks of 5 or more are £30 per hour for in-person training.

Online PT is £100 per month and includes all programming, check-ins and nutrition and habit if desired. This is delivered via Trainerize.

Is there a free consultation or trial session?

Yes - your conslutation and first session are always free.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

As long as you aren't wasting my time and repeatedly cancelling last minute, I'll reschedule without issue.

Do you offer discounts for referrals or groups?

Yes - if you refer a freind and they book a block of five or more, your next booking will be discounted by 15%.

Small groups pay the same hourly rate as individuals.

Certifications

Are you certified? 

I'm a level-3 qualifed PT through a CIMPSA endorsed organisation. I also have a level-3 qualifaction in strength and conditioning from British Weight Lifting, a level-3 qualifaction in Sports Massage and a nutrition coaching qualification from Precision Nutritionn

Do you offer nutrition coaching or meal plans?

I offer nutrition and habit coaching and will provide short-term meal plans in some circumstances. 

Can you help with weight loss / muscle gain / athletic performance?

Getting started

How do I get started?

Use the contact page or drop me a message on 07446369233, I'll arrange a consultation which can be in-person or online and we'll go from there.

What should I bring or wear to a session?

Water, comfortable active wear and good trainers.

How soon will I see results?

It will depend on your goals but you'll feel better within weeks and see noticable results within months. 

Sports massage and injury consultation

What services do you offer?

I provide sports massage to meet a variety of needs - recovery, performance readiness, intra-event.

I also provide poast-acute phase (when you've started to recover) injury assessment and consultations to provide exercises, stretches and massage to aid your recovery.

How much does it cost?

PAYG massage is £20 for 25 minutes. Injury consultation is £30.
